He sold it, packed up and moved his family to Florida bringing his craft and vision with him, instilling it in his son Clair. Together, they built homes and left their marks on the world, right here in Lake County. Clair even built his own Eustis home in his spare time. Watching and working alongside his grandfather and father, Samuel learned the art of creating and building while treasuring the legacy of these talented role models.
