The heart and craftsmanship of E. P. I. C. Home Professionals, LLC started long before the business ever did with R. E. Thornburg's hardware store in Ohio.  He sold it, packed up and moved his family to Florida bringing his craft and vision with him, instilling it in his son Clair.  Together, they built homes and left their marks on the world, right here in Lake County.  Clair even built his own Eustis home in his spare time.  Watching and working alongside his grandfather and father, Samuel learned the art of creating and building while treasuring the legacy of these talented role models. Today, Samuel is a Certified Building contractor, demonstrating pride and craftsmanship in each project he accepts.   Sam, Tara, and Brad value the lessons of the men behind the legacy and the men born to work magic with their talented hands.
